What We Do

ProChem Inc is a leading provider of customized industrial water treatment systems. Through bench-scale treatability testing, on-site pilot testing, and experienced analysis, ProChem offers clients the most efficient, effective, and affordable water treatment solutions ranging from traditional chemical strategies to advanced water reuse systems. Along with designing the process, ProChem provides equipment and installation services, giving our clients a single source point of contact for their water needs. Finally, to ensure the integrity, efficiency, and reliability of the treatment programs, ProChem offers on-site management and operation services for clients who wish to outsource these specialty positions.

History

Founded in 1999, ProChem began as a two-man company which provided wastewater treatment chemical programs to the metal finishing and printed circuit board industry. By mid 2000, ProChem added its first full-time operational account, a client ProChem maintains to this day.

The next six years saw ProChem continue to grow through the purchase of new facilities, additional employees, as well as the acquisition of laboratory services. ProChem's current facilities provide increased warehouse capacity, bulk chemical storage ability, a mixed bed metals and ion exchange facility, laboratory facilities, and capacity for continued growth. During this same period, ProChem continued to receive accolades for our level of service and support from clients and regional governments.

By 2007 ProChem had completely transitioned from a product rep firm to a company capable of providing turnkey design/installation capabilities and maintenance/operation services for industrial water clients. The same year ProChem performed its first international job, one of ProChem's oldest clients received the Governor's Excellence Award for the water reuse system installed and operated by ProChem. Our goal is to establish positive long term relationships as we continue to grow and strengthen our level of service.

2008 marks the beginning of a new three year plan for ProChem and a wealth of new opportunities.
