The Problem

You need consistent, high-purity water but you wish to avoid a large capital investment and you don’t want the complexity of a fixed high-purity water system. You simply need a safe and economical set up with flexibility for future growth.

The Solution

ProChem offers a wide range of portable exchange deionization systems as well as the service and support to meet all of your water needs. We offer a variety of systems and resins including mixed bed columns, separate bed columns, carbon and particulate filtration, systems, as well as specialty resins and laboratory high-purity water recirculation systems. Turnkey / Single-Source

ProChem provides you with a turnkey solution. The ProChem System Integration Team will design the system, install the required components (tanks, pumps, controls, piping, etc.) and provide startup as well as system operation and maintenance training for your staff. Our delivery technicians will transport and install fresh columns to your site, and remove the exhausted media to our facility for regeneration. The containers are segregated and will only be used by your plant or specific process. Because you do not own the media or container, you are not responsible for maintenance of these units.

Microbiological Disinfection

With high-purity water, there is often a need for disinfection of the distribution loops. ProChem utilizes UV lights and ozone to remove bacteriological and TOC contaminates. We have 0.2 particulate and ultra-filtration options if necessary.

ProChem service technicians provide on-site sterilization and can test to certify water quality.

Monitoring and Control

ProChem provides a wide variety of process monitoring and controls to ensure your high-purity water system operates at its peak performance. From resistivity monitors/controls, resistivity alarms, flow meters, and pressure meters, ProChem can provide the level of process control you desire. We also provide the monitoring equipment for silica, total organic carbon, pH, and dissolved oxygen.
